We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. AI Chat Privacy

When you use the CraveSense AI chat:

• Your messages are sent to Groq for processing
• Conversations are not permanently stored by CraveSense
• AI responses are generated in real-time and not linked to your identity
• Chat history within the app session is temporary

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Correction: Update or correct your information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data
• Portability: Receive your data in a portable format
• Opt-out: Disable personalized recommendations
